Return Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions.

Your placement of an order at mBuyNow constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

1. Return Postage

We will bear the return postage from your country to our warehouse (limited to incorrect item or item not as described) via Paypal refund, or you can save it as coupon at equal cash value to use in next order . We do not undertake those postages which do not meet our policy or agreement.

2. Missing Item, Incorrect Item or Damaged Item

First, you should rest assured that mBuyNow checks all products with a strict quality assurance checklist. The checks include the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters.
If by any case the item was missing, incorrect or damaged, please keep all the items in original condition and also keep the packing stuff, weigh all the items together with packing, offer a photo to clarify the situation.
Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of package. We will investigate the case when we get your email. If the case is true, we will send you the missing item or the correct item (you may be requested to return the incorrect item).

3. Item is Defective under Warranty

If your item is defective during warranty, you can return it for repair or exchange. Please contact us prior to return item, we do not accept any un-allowed package, and please pack the item well when you return it.

After returning the defective product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
-Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box
-Partial shipment slips (if applicable)
-Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item
-Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area

4. Return Time Restriction

All non-pay bidders will be reported. Products without any quality problem can't be refund.
-Products with quality problem in 7 days can be returned and refund.
-Products with quality problem in 30 days can be returned and replaced.
-Products with quality problem in 1 year can be returned and repaired.
Notice: Please keep it in good condition and customer need to pay for the return shipment.

5. Return Unsatisfied Products

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase because you feel the item is not good as described, please contact us immediately before filing a dispute case with PayPal. We will work to resolve your concerns.
This return policy does not apply if it's related to the buyer's mistakes: wrong item purchased, wrong address provided, etc.
If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. And please make sure the items you send back to us are in the original packaging.

For the replacement, we will send it out in the shipment ways as the customer selected in their original order.
